General CommentsCompliant investigation for cloudy water is unsubstantiated. Water is crystal clear and main drains are clearly visible today. Total Alkalinity (TA) is 120ppm (maintain range 80-120PPM) Cyanuric Acid (CA) is greater than 100PPM (maintain less than 100 PPM , ideal range 30-50PPM) Record TA and CA in CPO log book weekly. CPO states the pool will be closing next week for the season and water will be drained to power wash the walls. This should correct the high CA levels. Phone checks out ok. Two ring buoys each have ropes that were tangled together. Remind patrons not to play with life saving devices. CPO corrected during inspection, untangled ropes and properly hung buoys on hooks on opposite sides of pool. 3 skimmer weirs are missing and need replacing. Observed missing concrete patch on decking, greater than 1/2 inch deep, near pool edge. please repair it. Noted: EQ are disabled internally in skimmers, currently still have Paramount covers in place on pool walls. Water on pump room floor indicates a leak somewhere. small leak observed on sand filter watch glass. Find all leaks and repair as needed.
