Repair and stop the sources of ceiling leaks present in the following school building locations: in the main office lobby #1201, in the entry hallway for the school cafeteria and adjacent to the entrance of the shipping and receiving office #1401, in the media center #1104, on the upper level ceiling at the air conditioning system vents over the main hallway lobby and adjacent to the main stairway, on the main hallway at the ceiling vents by the bus loop entry/exit doors and the elevator, and on the top floor 5th grade hallway at the ceiling vents by the commons area and the entrance to girls bathroom #2104. Replace water stained ceiling panels in all of the listed leak locations after the sources of the ceiling leaks have been fixed. |
