Repair three out of order toilets in the following school bathrooms: in girls bathroom #3112, ( one toilet that has a clogged drain and is backing up in the second stall), in girls bathroom #2112, (one nonfunctional toilet in the end stall), and in boys bathroom #2110, (one nonfunctional toilet). In boys bathroom #2209 the exposed metal support frame for the removed wall mirror has become bent and damaged. This exposed and damaged metal frame has sharp edges that could be an injury hazard. The metal frame should be removed from the boys bathroom wall as a safety precaution. |

Reinstall and repair loose pane in window on the third floor hallway across from custodial closet #3004. There is a large crack around this loose window pane which could allow rainfall into the building and cause possible water damage. There is also a risk this loose window pane could break in strong winds. Priority repairs are needed to prevent greater damage. Repair the causes of roof and ceiling leaks in the following school building locations: over the stairs located in the front entry lobby, in the hallway by the entrance to classroom #1426, and in the front office conference room #1310. Water stained ceiling panels caused by these ceiling leaks should be replaced after the sources of the leaks have been repaired. |
