Repair out of order toilets and urinals in the following student restrooms: in boys bathroom #3207, (two toilets that are out of order due to major drainpipe clogs), in boys bathroom #3307, (one toilet that is out of order due to a clogged drainpipe), in the girls bathroom #2208, (one toilet that is out of order due to a clogged drainpipe and two toilets that are loose at the base of the fixtures on the floor), in the boys bathroom on the 500 hall by the lunchroom, (one nonfunctional urinal), and in boys bathroom #308, (one nonfunctional urinal). A total of eight toilets and urinals require repairs in the student bathrooms. Replace three broken off toilet stall doors in the following boys bathrooms: in boys bathroom #308, in boys bathroom #2208, and in boys bathroom #2308. One broken off toilet stall door in each of the listed bathrooms. |

Repair major roof leaks in the auditorium. These roof leaks have damaged the overhead ceiling acoustical panels. These panels are deteriorated and stained from the water damage. There is also water stained ceiling panels in the auditorium as a result of these roof leaks. The sources of all the roof leaks in the auditorium should be identified, repaired, and stopped. The water damaged ceiling panels and ceiling acoustic panels in the auditorium should be replaced. Roof and ceiling leaks are also present in the cafeteria dining room near the upper wall skylight window that is adjacent to the food service line. The wall beneath this skylight has water damage and water stains. The sources of the roof leaks around the skylight windows in the cafeteria should be located, fixed, and stopped. The water damaged wall surface beneath the skylight should be repaired and repainted after the leaks are fixed. Replace water stained ceiling panels that were caused by a prior leak, in the 400 hallway, along the wall adjacent to classroom #430. |
