The source of any blockages present in the floor drain pipework for these office restrooms should be removed to prevent future clogs, backups and wastewater overflows. Priority sanitation repairs are required. Repair one nonfunctional urinal in boys hall bathroom #202. Repair one toilet that has poor water flow flushing and is clogging frequently in class bathroom #215A. Repaint rusted and chipping wall columns and replace loose wall base tile behind the toilets in class bathrooms #205A, #207A, and #211A. Replace torn wall paper in class bathroom #214A.

There is major damage to the entrance ramps and decks of the boys and girls bathroom trailer. Holes and broken floorboards are present on the ramps and deck of this student bathroom trailer. Priority repairs for safety are required on the bathroom trailer ramps and deck to prevent potential injury hazards. Replace broken and missing ceiling panels in the gym/multi-purpose room.

Repairs for safety are required. The garden area adjacent to the pre-k playground is overgrown with high grass and weeds and requires mowing and trimming.
