15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Aerosol Lysol can is in an unlocked cabinet near the floor under the handwashing sink in the infant classroom. The cabinet has the ability to properly latch, but is held open today with a roll of paper and soap. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. Assure items requiring "out of reach of children" and "locked storage" are properly secured. Lysol aerosol was removed from the classroom. Fragrance was moved to the locked closet and ZEP wipes were properly secured in the locking cabinet. |
