15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a) Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair.
The following furnishings are damaged and shall be repaired: crib mats and red play mat in the Lil Shrimps room, vinyl balance beams (Seahorse and Starfish rooms), and long vinyl couches (all classrooms). The PIC is advise to replace and monitor furniture for damage. |
