4-601.11(A); Priority foundation; Observed dried-on meat debris in the inner compartment and grinding components of the meat grinder, which had not yet been used today. Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. CDI - Grinder components were removed and set aside for cleaning and food employee began cleaning interior of meat grinder. REHS recommends reviewing meat grinder cleaning procedures with employees. |
