.1826 (i); Both live and dead roaches observed in several rooms. Room 330 had dead roaches in the corner of the bedroom near bait traps. Room 430 had a live roach on the wall and room 412 had live roaches in furniture drawers and dead roaches under kitchen sink. The premises and guest rooms shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the premises by: inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; and eliminating harborage conditions. Facility has a contract with Ecolab who comes monthly. Continue working with pest management company and keep vacant/ready rooms clean to eliminate food sources. This is a repeat issue.
