In room 112 there was tape in the bathtub taking place of a wall strip that had many baby and adult roaches all over it.- Maintain premises free of insects, rodents, and other pests.

In other rooms, there was small cigarette holes in bedspread, and the curtains in some rooms were damaged.- Clean bed and bath linen, in good repair, should be provided for each guest.
