Handwashing sinks #2, #3, and #4 run brown water for approximately 30secs. Water then clears and intermittently turns from light brown to clear during the handwashing process. The PIC has stated that they put in a work order for the sinks, but the issue is caused by the hot water heater. Maintain plumbing in good repair. A PERSON shall operate a water tank, pump, and hoses so that backflow and other contamination of the water supply are prevented. Hot water heater and associated components must not contaminate water supply. Repair or replacement is needed. |
