3-304.12 (C); Core; The thermometer was stored on a soiled surface, and was soiled. Store in-use utensils on a clean portion of the food preparation table or cooking equipment. The utensils and storage surface must be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours. CDI-The preparation table and thermometer were cleaned and sanitized. A container of sanitizer was kept near the thermometer for ease of cleaning. Facility does not use raw animal products. |
