General Comments
The residents have begun the activity of bringing in and preparing their own breakfast in the dining area (usually no longer than an hour). All items are pre-packaged/fully cooked (i.e. individual packages of grits, oatmeal, and pre-wrapped pieces of bread, boiled eggs, sausage and bacon). I gave some guidance on proper food handling and recommended that the site manager monitor throughout the activity.
