7-202.12: Priority; When tested during the inspection, the available chlorine sanitizing liquid was at a concentration around 1,000ppm. Poisonous/toxic materials shall be used according to: Law and the NC Food Code, and the manufacturer's use directions included in labeling. CDI - Diluted sanitizer using water to a concentration of around 200ppm. For a chlorine-based sanitizer for food establishments, the concentration shall have a minimum of 50ppm not to exceed 200ppm. |
