General CommentsSeveral containers of back up water jugs were observed at the time of inspection. Upon discussion with PIC, it was discovered that this water supply did not come from the commissary. At the time of inspection, the facility was not utilizing this water. Inspector advised PIC to discard all water and ensure all water used on food truck is coming from commissary location ONLY. Facility was also cooling items such as cooked tongue on food truck, though all cooling shall take place at the commissary location. Unit was observed operating at 2221 New Hope Church Road Raleigh, NC
