3-302.11(A)(1); Priority; Observed trays containing raw chicken juice on a cart near a shelf where ready-to-eat (RTE) foods were stored. Cart was close enough to shelf where trays were almost directly above these RTE foods. Separate raw animal foods from RTE foods and washed/unwashed fruits and vegetables to prevent cross contamination. CDI- cart and trays were moved away from shelf. No points taken today. |
