4-302.14; Priority Foundation; Facility is using ProduceMax brand produce wash (a diluted chlorine solution) to wash produce. No testing kit was available to test product concentration. A testing kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. CDI- provided some bleach testing paper until facility can obtain a new kit. PIC to order a new testing kit. Concentration was tested during inspection and was within acceptable range according to product manufacturer label. |
