General CommentsSausage links/patties, shrimp and grilled chicken arrive in cooked, ready-to-eat form. Consumer advisory is posted for eggs cracked to order. TPHC is sometimes used for raw shell eggs on weekends when facility is very busy. TPHC not in use during inspection.
