4-501.11; Core; Ice scoop holder is cracked at the bottom. Several metal container lids were observed rusting underneath and the shiny coating on top is flaking. Coating on base of blender is peeling which prevents easy cleaning. Equipment shall be kept in good repair. Replace these items.
4-202.16; Core; Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. Replace flaking and rusting container lids. |
