6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C)
Repair worn ineffective finish in high traffic areas. Finish was replaced after last inspection, however, it has began to wear away. Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. PIC informed EHS that the floor repair is a work in progress. Floors along cooklines and dish pit are scheduled to be replaced. ***NO POINTS TAKEN***
***NOTE: Floors in the dry goods storage area have been replaced.*** |
