The black panel in the ice machine is soiled with organic build up. (4) Enclosed components of EQUIPMENT contacting non TCS food in equipment such as ice makers shall be cleaned: (b) Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.
