General CommentsPermit is immediately suspended under Rule .2654 of the NC Food Code for lack of working refrigeration. Adequate working refrigeration is required to maintain food temperatures as specified in the food code. Facility only has one prep unit and two small freezers in working order. There is no ability to keep TCS foods cold. Multiple cold holding violations observed. Facility may not reopen without authorization from Wake County Health Department.
