Follow the cleaning procedure to adequately wash your hands. Use warm water, soap, scrub 10 to 15 seconds, rinse, and immediately follow the cleaning procedure with thorough hand drying method (ex. Provide 50 foot candles of light in the facility over food prep areas. EHS does not have a light meter so light cannot be effectively measured today. If any light bulbs are out, replace them. If any light shields are soiled, clean them. This should help bring up lighting intensity as required.
