General Comments- Observed the facility to not have drain plugs for the 3 compartment sink at the time of the inspection. Facility does all warewashing in the chemical dishwasher on site but does not have an alternate solution or way of blocking the drains in the 3 compartment sink in the event of the dishwasher breaking. EHS advised that drain plugs should be acquired to ensure they have an appropriate back up solution to the dishwasher.
