Pf Observed a bag of frozen pre cooked Tyson breaded chicken tenders out on the counter. PIC stated been out for an hour and half thawing. CDI- PIC voluntarily discarded chicken tenders. Be sure food shall be thawed under water at 70 or below, under refrigeration or part of cooking process. |
