4-501.19 Manual Warewashing Equipment, Wash Solution Temperature (Pf) Water at 2 comp sink only got to 101F. During manual warewashing, maintain the wash solution at a minimum of 110F or as otherwise allowed by the detergent manufacturer's label. I will be back within 10 days to ensure water is hot enough. |
