PIC said that they usually hook up to water set up for The Corner At 13 (The Corner Table MFU) when they operated at this location when they get here, but had customers waiting on them when they got here and was only using what they had left in the tank. The Corner At 13 is on county water. Facility hooked up to The Corner At 13's water source. However, per 15A NCAC 18A .2670 (4) Mobile food units shall operate in conjunction with permitted commissary and shall report at least daily to the commissary for servicing. |
