General CommentsEmployees were busy during inspection and unable to get ice. No method to boil water is present in the facility. Establishment thermometer was verified by comparing hot water at the prep sink to EHS thermometer both of which showed 104F.

If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready to eat or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation. EHS stopped the employee and had them wash their hands and don new gloves before proceeding to work. CDI
