Pf ***The can opener had residue on it. Multiple bins on the clean dish rack had food particles on them. The drink nozzles on the drink machine at the drive thru and dining area had build up. Employee set pan on the ground while cleaning, and then set the pan on a tray that was on a prep table. CDI, can opener, pan, trays and drink nozzles were placed at the 3-compartment sink to be washed, rinsed and sanitized.
