Establishment will sometimes pickle red onions, brine is heated and cooled, then onions added (cold brine). Raw animal proteins cooked at establishment: chicken, ground turkey, pork (bacon). No raw animal proteins were being prepared during inspection. . Establishment is a commissary for the following food permits: La Mar Salada, Empanada Fusion, Convene, Sunshine State Vanilla (NCDA). . PERMIT CONDITION states: "COMMISSARY MUST NOTIFY DEPARTMENT IF VENDORS ARE REMOVED FROM LIST OF APPROVED VENDORS OR HAVE LOST ACCESS TO COMMISSARY." Vendors have changed since last inspection without notification to the health department. Please inform health department of changes to commissary list.
