4-205.10 Food Equipment, Certification and Classification (C) Observed a small domestic rerigerator onnthe MFU. PIC stated it was for employee drinks but it had a box of butter and salsa in it for MFU service. Only commercial equipment is permitted to be used for food service. PIC may keep drinks in there only,. If food is observed in there again, the unit must be removed from the unit completely. |
