General CommentsGreat improvements were noted compared to the previous inspection. Hand washing were observed at the appropriate times. Most repairs were made. Proper food storage practices were being followed, and excellent date marking! Thermometer calibration checked in ice bath; both read 32F EHS cleaned and sanitized thermometer throughout the inspection
