General Comments**Handsink nearest breading stations and French fry salter reached a temperature of 134 and had very little pressure. EHS spoke to PIC about trying to turn up pressure and turn down the temperature so employees are not discouraged from washing hands.**

Pf PIC had a correct thermometer for measuring the high temp dish machine but when cycle finished, it was determined that thermometer was unable to read the temperature due to thermometer turning off and being unable to turn back on. A verification visit shall be made by March 19th to ensure the thermometer is fixed.
49 0 Non-food contact surfaces clean No No No 4-602.13 Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of soil residue. Observed handles at tea station cooler and for chicken coolers had build up on them.
