2-103.11 (O) Person in Charge (Pf) Through conversation, it was determined that PIC and other employees were unaware of the major illnesses and symptoms to report to the health department and when they should be excluded from working with food. A health policy is posted in the break room but no employees were able to find it. CDI- EHS educated PIC and other employees on health policy and where to find the posted health policy. |

4-302.13 In hot water mechanical warewashing operations, an irreversible registering temperature indicator shall be provided and readily accessible for measuring the utensil surface temperature. Pf PIC had a correct thermometer for measuring the high temp dish machine but when cycle finished, it was determined that thermometer was unable to read the temperature due to thermometer turning off and being unable to turn back on. A verification visit shall be made by March 19th to ensure the thermometer is fixed. |
