Unannounced inspection. Four hour time as a public health control used on pizza (cheese and cheese & pepperoni) to be discarded at 9:56PM and cole slaw at 10PM. Restrooms observed clean and handsinks observed working. Good handwashing observed. PIC demonstrated good food safety knowledge. Limited food stand permit expires on 8-20-2026.
