General CommentsGreat job! Everything looked great! Ensure cleaning frequently to avoid food debris build up. If you are not using utensils or dishes, then remove them from the truck or store them in a bin in case they are needed instead of having utensils hung on the magnetic storage rack not being cleaned frequently and building up grease residue and food debris. EHS left a HCHD thermometer with PIC.
