4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf. Observed utensils stored on magnetic storage rack stored as clean with grease deposits. PIC stated that these utensils do not get used. If utensils are not used, move them off the truck or to a storage bin after washed, rinsed, and sanitized in case they are needed. |
