General Comments

Establishment was observed without sanitizer at three comp during inspection. PIC indicated that they were waiting for their delivery of sanitizer to be made. Suggested in the mean time to buy some bleach and left a few test strips so they could properly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes. Since they hadn't begun washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes today, no violation noted for this.
