During today’s inspection some wiping clothes were being stored in a quat sanitizer solution that was registering 150ppm. In use wiping cloths shall be stored in an appropriate sanitizer solution, 200-400ppm for quat sanitizer. Sanitizer was replaced in the bucket with 200ppm quat sanitizer. CDI |
