3-501.16(A)(2) Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. -P : Found milk delivered today 45.0 F in WIC. PIC had staff take temp[eratures of milk crates and discarded as appropriate. Evidence suggests milk may not have been delivered at proper temperature, but this was not observed by REHS. Recommend staff take temperatures of milk and other deliveries when received.
