EHS provided establishment with educational notebook. timer, and food thermometer. EHS reviewed permit conditions with owner. Establishment is interested in increasing outside seating from 54 to 65 or more and wants guidance. EHS will reach out to supervisor for direction. They are also wanting to add sandwiches to the menu. EHS requested copy of menu for review and approval.
