15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed stained ceiling tiles on first floor near front desk. Check for leaks and replace tiles. Observed dust build up in a/c filters on 4th and 5th floor hallways and in room 513. Keep clean. |
