6-501.16 Drying Mops (C): Mops shall be hung to dry so they do not contaminate the handle or walls.
1 mop was hung inverted. PIC stated it falls when hung the correct way with mop head down. Spoke with PIC about having maintenance drill a hole in handle and providing a way to hang in to prevent contamination.
6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C): Physical facilities shall be kept clean.
Walls, floors, ceilings and vents throughout kitchen needs additional cleaning. Areas include but not limited to under dish machine, and under prep sink.
6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C): Physical facilities shall be kept in good repair.
Coving tiles are cracked and/or detached in several areas throughout the kitchen. |
