Follow-up inspection with CPO Angel Garces. Immediate suspension issued due to no chlorine. Chlorinator appears to be broken. Call EHS Devon when corrected and ready to reopen. 7049981122 Permit Restriction: Pump flow must be maintained between 81gpm to maintain turnover and cannot exceed 100gpm, limited by number of returns. Flow meter must remain operational at all times. Note: Fencing behind grill area is horizontal members, 4” sphere cannot pass through with roof/top of same material. Side barrier is vertical members. Approved as fence barrier. Pool built without main drains.
