General Comments

OSV to pool with Violet Turner, Weaver Cooke, for return construction and operating permit inspection. All items corrected from previous visit. Hold released in system. CPO also works at different property. CPO is required to make daily visits to the property when the pool is open to the public to manage the pool. Noted - Deck depth marker written as 5 in. 0 ft. during site visit. Given one week to repair to read 0 ft. 5 in. Aquarian stated would be done on Monday, July 29th. Provide photograph documentation of repair. Chlorinator full of tabs but no extra available onsite. Gave operator until Monday to provide. If runs out, the pool shall close to the public. Provide photograph documentation of tabs once received. Permit issued for no night swimming. Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 77 gpm to 140 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the filter. Pool Width 34 ft.; Rope Length 50 ft.; Max Depth 5 ft. Filtration Pentair Intelliflo VSF, 011056 with (2) VGBA-2017 Aquastar 12MFxxx drain covers. EQ lines plugged in skimmer. Feature Pentair Superflo VST, 342002 with (2) VGBA-2008 Aquastar 9MFxxx drain covers.
