General CommentsAll food at room temperature which ranges from 70-96 is food, per owner, that was left from the plates she made today and if for her personal use only - squash, carrots, brussels sprouts, liver, hamburger steak, butter beans, creamed potatoes, rice. All this food was put in oven to reheat to 165f or above before EHS realized food will not be sold - miscommunication.
