General Comments

Inspection completed with Elliott Odie present. Permit conditions - Filtration pump flow meter shall remain operable. Flow shall be kept at 82 GPM to 120 GPM to meet turnover and flow restriction of number of returns. No seating on column side of pool due to decorative features. Intent to suspend permit issued for items listed below. Correct within 30 days or permit may be suspended. 1. Non operational flow meter. 2. Gates leading onto pool deck not self-closing/self-latching. 3. ‘WARNING NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY’ and ‘CHILDREN SHOULD NOT USE THE SWIMMING POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION’ signs are less than 1 inch tall. These signs should be minimum 1 inch high lettering and written exactly as shown.
