Facility is catering one item, pesto which has Parmesan as only TCS ingredient. Item will be transported with ice in cooler. Facility is allowed to cater this time with only this item. Facility is NOT permitted for catering. Facility is ONLY permitted for large pick up orders. Any further catering service (delivering, full catering event) will need to go through health department for consideration of editing permit. Facility may add scallops to menu, cooked fully, cooked to order. EHS approved
