Multiple cups were observed with tea residue on them in the back area where the soda fountain machine is. The PIC removed all of the soiled cups. EHS recommended removing the cups from that area to prevent further contamination. |

Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
The gasket on the double door freezer in the kitchen was observed damaged. A replacement is needed. |
