7-204.11 Sanitizers, Criteria - Chemicals (P) Sanitizer shall be maintained at a strength prescribed by the manufacturer. Wall mounted dispenser is distributing strength that exceeds the allowable limit for quaternary ammonia sanitizer. Service is needed to this equipment. Establishment will manually dilute sanitizer to appropriate strength before use until service is complete. Work order has been placed by pic and signage posted instructing employees to dilute and verify with test strips prior to use. |
