General CommentsFront handwashing sink does not have cold water. Water temperature was measured at 155F. High water temperature may discourage correct and frequent handwashing. Restore cold water to handwashing sink to promote as much handwashing as possible. Establishment uses TPHC for cooked chicken wings, chicken breast, wing sauces, ranch, and blue cheese dressings. Start and discard times are tracked using dry erase board. Written TPHC procedures are located on reach in freezer and walk in cooler door.
