An air gap between the water supply inlet and flood level rim of equipment shall be at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and may not be less than 1 inch. Sprayer in mechanical warewashing pre-rinse basin hanging below flood rim; spring needs to be adjusted to provide adequate air gap. Plumber scheduled during inspection. |
